Property Litigation Senior Associate South London - Battersea Hybrid working!! £80-90k. 7yrs PQE+ This major law firm which is ranked in the Legal 500 and voted as one of the best places to work in the Sunday Times are now in need of a further Property Litigation Lawyer. About the Role They are interested in seeing the CV’s of experienced Solicitors with at least 7 years’ fee-earning experience within Property Litigation. The busy dispute resolution team cover a mixed variety of cases, including commercial disputes, contentious probate, contract disputes, debt recovery, boundary disputes and landlord and tenant matters. They represent individuals and corporate clients, both claimant and defendant. The firm are looking for someone to work along side the partner in the department. Candidate Requirements You will need a solid background in landlord and tenant disputes, including 1954 Act claims, terminal dilapidations claims, possession and sale claims, boundary disputes, property right disputes, lease disputes and disputed rights of way. They are interested in individuals with excellent customer service skills, business acumen, a ‘can-do’ attitude and who are willing to go the extra mile. You will be expected to participate in the business development activities of the firm and promote the firm at networking events.
