It Technician

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site (Shotton & Chester) and remote IT support to employees.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems.
• Document and report on technical issues and resolutions.
• Assist with network setup and maintenance.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of network setups and configurations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
