Plumbing Department Manager This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-owned builders’ merchant as they open a new Tottenham store in March 2025. They are looking for a Plumbing Department Manager to play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the plumbing department. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the efficient functioning of the department and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements: * Working 48.5 hours per week, shifts between 6am-5pm Monday-Friday, and alternate weekends. * Knowledge of plumbing materials and trends * Experience handling trade quotes is essential * Good interpersonal skills, confident and able to engage with customers. * The ability to prioritise responsibilities under pressure and be self-motivated. * Excellent sales and marketing skills * Ability to manage people and delegate effectively.
