Senior Associate Solicitor

My client based in Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate Solicitor: Private Client (3+ PQE) within their Wills and Estate Planning team on a full time permanent basis.

Monday - Thursday - 9am - 17:30 and Fridays 9am - 17:00.

Salary GBP50-60,000 DOE.

You will handle a variety of private client work including administration of estates, powers of attorney, trusts and law relating to elderly clients.

The candidate for this role will enjoy dealing with a variety of complex and challenging work types and will have the following background experience:

Excellent written English

Ability to build strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential

IT literate, including familiarity with MS Office

Can work independently and as part of a team with other fee earners, providing advice and assistance whenever needed to develop knowledge and skills within the rest of the team.

You will have strong experience in dealing with all manner of Wills and Estate Planning with excellent attention to detail, including:

Complex Will drafting

Estate and succession planning

Trustee powers and duties

Establishment of trusts
