A prestigious law firm in Liverpool is seeking a highly experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing complex legal matters and supporting the growth and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse and challenging caseload, focusing on high-value settlement matters and complex Court of Protection cases. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Oversee and mentor less experienced solicitors and support staff, providing guidance on case management and legal matters. Ensure high standards of work are maintained across the team.
• Take an active role in the development of the team, including supporting case work inquiries, encouraging professional development, and organising or delivering training sessions for peers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored advice and support in navigating complex legal situations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 - 8 years PQE in Court of Protection law, with substantial experience in managing high-value and complex cases.
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
