Join a well-recognised legal 500 firm in the West Midlands are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor/ Cilex to join their well-established team.

The firm are open to looking at people ideally 1-2 PQE but will consider more experienced.

Key responsibilities include managing a personal caseload of Commercial Property matters to include but not limited to:

• Freehold Sales and Purchases
• Property Development and Associated Agreements
• Residential Development
• Funding
• Pension Fund Transactions
• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Agricultural/Rural Land
• Title Investigation and Rectification
• Clawback, Overage and Pre-Emption Agreements
