Security Engineer

The Vacancy: Due to the rapid expansion of our Electronic Security Division with several major contract awards, we require a multi-disciplined Security Engineer to join our team, based from our Southampton office.

The role will include:

• Conducting Security System Installations
• Conducting Preventative Maintenance
• Providing a 1 week in every 4 weeks on call out of hours
• Responding to call outs

Company uniform and PPE will be provided along with a Smart Phone and Laptop. The product range utilised is largely:

• Intruder Detection Systems
  • Galaxy
  • Pyronix
  • Texacom
  • Ajax
• CCTV Systems
  • HikVision
  • Hanwha
• Access Control Systems
  • HikVision
  • Paxton
  • Came

Candidates should possess:

• At least 3 years Intruder Detection System experience
• At least 2 years Access Control System experience
• At least 2 years CCTV System experience
• A full driving licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management and logical skills
• Working knowledge of IP / IT systems

Of benefit would be:

• IPAF certification
• PASMA certification
• CSCS or equivalent certification
• Working with Asbestos certification

Candidates will be rewarded with:

Salary circa 40,800.00 plus call outs & overtime

28 days holiday including bank holidays
