We seek an experienced individual to join a dynamic Working Winning team.
It s essential that the candidate has experience of working in a design led tendering role ideally within the construction sector or related field. They ll need to be passionate about creating winning tender documents and PQQs and work alongside key stakeholders to manage the process from start to finish. A strategic mind-set is key, taking time to understand the project and client drivers. Time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines and work openly and collaboratively with the team are all essential skills. They will have to cope with a substantial amount of responsibility, remain calm under pressure, and be able to consistently deliver high-quality work to clients and internal stakeholders, checking in regularly with them to ensure this.
Working at a senior level the candidate will be able to design compelling and easy to navigate documents. They may also contribute to compliant, evidence- and benefits-driven written content which supports our customer value proposition. and work with others. They will work with the bid manager and internal stakeholders to establish our win themes and achieve a high score. The candidate should be a highly positive team member with a leadership mindset and ideally have experience of managing others. Team working is an essential part of the role and being able to support, mentor, coach and successfully performance manage others is key. A positive and pro-active mindset is a must to act as a role model for the company values and keeping morale high in this fast-paced team. The manager will be required to look beyond the core technical role of a proposals designer and have an ability to improve processes and adapt ways of working to benefit the team.
