As a Field Service Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive exceptional aftercare and service. Key Responsibilities: * Defect Analysis: Investigate and analyse property defects, ensuring root causes are identified and resolved promptly. * Team Management: Lead and manage a team of skilled operatives, providing clear direction and support to deliver high standards of workmanship. * Customer Engagement: Act as the face of the company, meeting customers to address concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the resolution process. * Operational Oversight: Plan and prioritise tasks effectively, balancing customer needs with operational efficiency. * Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets our quality standards and complies with regulations. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within property development or a related industry. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * A proactive problem solver with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and defect rectification. * Full UK driving licence (essential).
