We are looking to recruit an experienced 2nd / 3rd line support engineer who has a wealth of experience providing 1st and 2nd line support in a Microsoft environment. That should include a detailed understanding of Azure, Active Directory (online) Exchange and Office 365.
This is an office based support role based in our clients office near Wakefield. To be a success in this role in addition excellent 2nd / 3rd line support experience supporting a Microsoft M365 infrastructure, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be someone who is passionate about customer service. In this role you will be involved in a combination of BAU Support and Project work. Previous experience of EUC / Infrastructure project work would be an advantage.
