We’re seeking a knowledgeable professional to carry out detailed surveys, assess roofing and insulation systems, and provide expert recommendations for residential and commercial properties. The Role: * Conduct thorough surveys of roofing and insulation systems. * Provide detailed reports, recommendations, and quotations for remedial and upgrade work. * Ensure all surveys and assessments comply with industry standards and regulations. * Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. * Stay up to date with the latest building regulations, materials, and best practices. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Proven experience in roofing and/or insulation surveying (domestic or commercial). ✔ Strong understanding of roofing structures, insulation materials, and energy efficiency solutions. ✔ Excellent report writing and communication skills. ✔ Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. ✔ Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
