Class Co-Ordinator

As a class co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the daily management and support of your class group. Working closely with your class team of teaching assistants and link teacher, you will be supporting KS3+ pupils to access their timetabled lessons delivered by subject specialists, delivery of PSHCE and PFA, oversee the daily organisation of the class group and manage and support communication with pupils, parents/carers and other agencies. As part of a supportive staff team, you will have a passion for improving the lives for autistic pupils and their families. You will have a commitment to supporting with the delivery of lessons and you will engage with a wide range of professionals, including therapists and external agencies to ensure all pupils are reaching their full potential. Sutherland House School is a non-maintained specialist school for autistic children and young people aged 3-19.
