Behaviour Mentor | Chingford, E4 | £95 - £110 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term to Permanent Opportunity A mainstream secondary school in Chingford, E4 is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support students in managing their behaviour and engagement in learning. Implementing strategies to help students manage emotions and improve focus in lessons. Supporting teachers in maintaining a positive learning environment. Building strong, trusting relationships with students to help them develop resilience. Working closely with pastoral staff and SENCO to implement behaviour plans.The Ideal Candidate: Experience working in a behaviour support role, particularly in a secondary school. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate situations effectively. A patient, firm, and understanding approach to working with young people.
