Behaviour Mentor | Chingford, E4 | £95 - £110 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term to Permanent Opportunity A mainstream secondary school in Chingford, E4 is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support students in managing their behaviour and engagement in learning. This is a fantastic opportunity for a resilient and confident individual who is passionate about working with young people and helping them overcome barriers to their education. Implementing strategies to help students manage emotions and improve focus in lessons. Supporting teachers in maintaining a positive learning environment. Building strong, trusting relationships with students to help them develop resilience. Working closely with pastoral staff and SENCO to implement behaviour plans.The Ideal Candidate: Experience working in a behaviour support role, particularly in a secondary school. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate situations effectively. A patient, firm, and understanding approach to working with young people.
