Teaching Assistant - Mainstream Primary School – West Kensington Position: Teaching Assistant Location: West Kensington, W14 Contrat Type: Full-time - ASAP start until July Hours: 8.30am-4pm Salary: £100-£120 per day We are working with an Independent Prep School in West Kensington, who are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant and caring school community. The Role: * Working with on a 1:1 basis with a boy in Year 3 with ASD & challenging behaviour * You will be based both in the classroom and outside the classroom, carrying out various activities such as sports, arts & crafts, games etc * You will help to create a supportive and engaging environment, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs of the child About You: We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children with SEN and has the following: * Previous experience working with SEN children with ASD & , preferably in a primary school OR SEN setting * Comes from a Sports background who enjoys coaching children and getting involved in sports activities * Understanding of the various special educational needs and strategies for supporting them * Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire children * Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us? * Be part of a welcoming, supportive, and forward-thinking school * Opportunities for professional development and training * A rewarding role where you can see the difference you make to children’s lives If you are ready to make a difference and support children to achieve their best, we would love to hear from you
