Cover Supervisors Needed Location: Rotherham Competitive Pay: £110-£140 per day Have you been considering building upon your experience or carving yourself a new career path within the education sector? We can support you whatever your experience, from free online training led by supportive Headteachers, to optional shadow days which allow you to get familiar with the classroom setting and ensure this is the right fit for you. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. * Previous experience working in educational settings desirable. * Strong communication and classroom management skills. * Adherence to school’s behavioural policies. * Ability to adapt and engage with students effectively. Responsibilities: * Supervise students in the absence of regular teachers. * Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a conducive learning environment. * Bring a positive and enthusiastic mindset to enrich lessons. Engage students in the content provided and help maintain a smooth continuation of their studies. * Follow lesson plans provided by teaching staff. * Provide support to students as needed.
