Junior Test Analyst

Junior Test Analyst – Near Cardiff (1-2days per week in office) Are you looking to kick-start your career in software testing? Passionate about quality and eager to learn? If you have at least 1 years’ experience in a web-based software testing role this could be the one for you! We’re working with an exciting company in South Wales that’s on the lookout for a Junior Test Analyst to join their growing QA team. What you’ll be doing… * Assisting in the testing of software applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards * Testing and assuring quality of all new and existing software products * Creating & Executing test scripts * Working closely with developers, business analysts, and senior testers to understand system requirements * Documenting test results and contributing to continuous improvements in the testing process About you… * A minimum 1 year in a Test Analyst role within a software development team * SQL (ability to write and execute SQL queries) * Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities * A good understanding of the software development process (Agile Scrum Methodology or similar) * Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working with multiple teams.
