What You’ll Be Doing: * Preparing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and financial commentary. * Leading the audit process for your business unit, ensuring compliance and accuracy. * Mentoring junior finance team members, fostering a culture of growth and high performance. * Monitoring spend against budget, investigating variances, and implementing cost control measures. * Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial operations. * Ensuring rigorous financial controls are maintained at all times. * Supporting group consolidation, ensuring timely and consistent reporting. * Undertaking ad hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making.
