Business Analyst – Business Process Transformation - Banking 📍 Hybrid – 3 Days in London | ⏳ 6-Month Contract (Outside IR35) | 💰 Up to £600 per day Overview: A leading investment bank is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive business process transformation, create operational guides, and enhance reporting across critical areas. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and deliver tangible process improvements. Role & Responsibilities: Lead business process transformation initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements. Develop operational guides and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. Provide detailed reporting and insights to support decision-making. Engage with senior stakeholders, including challenging conversations and negotiations. Work autonomously while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Essential Skills & Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an investment banking or financial services environment. Strong understanding of business process transformation and operational documentation. Ability to manage difficult stakeholders at senior levels with confidence and diplomacy. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-starter who can work independently and drive initiatives forward. Contract Details: Duration: 6 months Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in London Rate: Up to £600 per day (Outside IR35)
