Are you an experienced NPD Manager looking for your next opportunity? You will lead projects from concept to launch, working within a dynamic multinational team. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: * * Working on customer briefs and tenders, including NPD, EPD, and Blue-Sky Innovation, while liaising with suppliers. * Collaborating with manufacturing sites and UK customers to ensure smooth product development and delivery. * Working closely with Commercial and Technical teams to keep all stakeholders well-informed. * Supporting commercial teams with panel presentations, submission sheets, and product cooking demonstrations. * Coordinating samples between suppliers and customers. * Ensuring QAS documents align with customer standards. * Conducting benchmarking, market research, and weekly store visits to analyse market trends. * Leading product consistency panel reviews, both internally and with customers. * Overseeing artwork sign-off and packaging coordination. * Keeping project trackers up to date and maintaining the Critical Path. * Embracing company culture and values in day-to-day responsibilities. * Ensuring BRC processes are followed, gathering necessary documents and approvals before product launches. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date internal administrative records. What's required? * Minimum 3, ideally 5 years of experience in a similar role. * A degree in Food Technology. * Experience working with the ‘Big 4’ retailers (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Morrisons, etc.). * Background in the breaded chicken, party foods, or snack foods categories. * A positive and professional attitude, with self-motivation and ambition. * A strategic and innovative mindset with strong attention to detail. * Excellent time management and organisational skills. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels and functions. * A full driving licence, as client locations may not be easily accessible by public transport.
