What You'll Do: Lead the Sales Cycle: From prospecting and initiating new business opportunities to ensuring a smooth transition into operations, you'll manage the entire sales process. Prospect & Build Relationships: Use your expertise to seek out new prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media, all while building strong client relationships. Set and Smash Targets: You'll set your personal sales goals and work hard to exceed them. Engage Clients & Drive Solutions: Be the first point of contact for inquiries, generate quotes, and arrange meetings to organize logistics for clients. Expertise in Import & Export: Your knowledge of the import/export process will be key to ensuring client satisfaction and operational success. What We're Looking For: Proven Experience: At least 10 years in the freight forwarding industry, with a strong sales background. Previous Roles: Ideally, you've worked as a Freight Account Manager or Business Development Manager (BDM) within freight forwarding.
