Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive – Landlord & Tenant Location: City of London / Hybrid Working Salary: Competitive + Generous Bonus Scheme Job Type: Full-time An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a prestigious Legal 500 law firm based in the heart of London. This well-established firm has built a strong reputation in Landlord & Tenant litigation, housing disputes, and civil litigation matters. The Role: The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, working on a variety of housing and landlord & tenant disputes, including: * Housing disrepair claims * Possession proceedings * Deposit disputes * HMO and selective licensing issues * Interim injunctions * Social housing disputes This position is ideal for a driven and commercially minded solicitor looking to further their career within a growing and dynamic firm.
