Commercial Finance Analyst


Hybrid - 35 hours per week (3 days office Tuesday - Thursday, 2 days at home)

Here at AKW, we’re seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst – someone to provide high quality information and support to the business to aid strategic decisions and the business to grow and improve.

Providing support and assistance to the Commercial Finance Team, you’ll lead in complex analysis and reporting for the department, overseeing the price hold process, PTO approvals and providing the main signatory for all significant discount proposals. Managing complex queries and pricing responsibilities, you’ll issue invoice sign offs, take ownership of the non-merchant rebate process and prepare the international and board reports.

We’d ideally like you to hold an accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience in complex financial reporting, analysis and pricing. With demonstrable experience of finance partnering, you’ll have proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

You’ll be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, including VLookup and formula with a keen eye for detail. A natural problem solver, you’ll be able to solve complex finance related queries, able to work alone without the need of high levels of support. Decisive and proactive, you’ll be flexible in your approach. We’re looking for somebody with strong communication skills as you’ll be exposed to strategic decision makers at all levels of the organisation. You'll also have to interact with the wider business to be able to deliver results and decisions.
