With an impressive annual revenue of GBP50m and a trajectory of rapid growth, we're seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate Finance & Reporting Manager to join our expanding finance team.

The Role

Are you a CCAB qualified accountant with a passion for financial strategy and business growth? We offer an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in our ongoing expansion, working directly with the Chief Financial Officer in a challenging and rewarding position.

What You'll Do

• Produce professional financial board reports using Netsuite and PowerPoint
• Maintain and update the group's comprehensive financial models
• Support cash flow forecasting and treasury management
• Lead annual budget preparations
• Contribute critically to our acquisition process, including:
  • Financial evaluation of potential targets
  • Preparation of business cases and investment papers
  • Detailed financial due diligence
  • Integration of new company financial records

Who We're Looking For

• CCAB/CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant
• Self-motivated with excellent team collaboration skills
• Strong communicator
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Practice or industry accountant eager to broaden their skill set
• Matrix management capabilities with potential to build and lead a team
