• Maintain the Sales Pipeline and ensure forecasts are accurate.
• Manage opportunities, overdue activities, and reports .
• Prepare sales presentations and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for key sales personnel.
• Assist with sales campaigns, events, and project coordination .
• Oversee general administrative tasks, from expense management to visitor reception.

Requirements:

• Experience: Administrative or PA experience preferred.
• Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes & CRM systems (advantageous).
• Highly Organised: Ability to juggle multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive Mindset: A go-getter who enjoys working as part of a team.
