Full-Time Coach Drivers Wanted in Erith

Position: Full-Time Coach Drivers (Temp to Perm) Location: Erith, DA8 2AD Salary: £19 per hour Start Date: Immediate We are currently looking for Coach Drivers to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. If you are an experienced coach driver with a passion for customer service and a clean driving record, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Driving a variety of routes including Private Hire, Home to School runs, Rail Replacement, SEN (Special Educational Needs) transport, and contract services. * Working on a Rota system covering any 5 days from 7, including weekends. * Routes will be based at our Erith site, with occasional travel to our Brixton and Hertfordshire locations. * Ensuring safe and timely transport for passengers while providing excellent customer service. Shift Patterns: * Weekday shifts: * Early: 03:45 – 10:00 * Middle: 10:00 – 16:00 * Late: 15:30 – 23:30 * Weekend shifts: * Early split shift: 03:45 – 08:00 & 11:30 – 15:30 Required Qualifications & Skills: * Manual Cat D Driving Licence. * Clean Enhanced DBS. * Tacho Card & CPC qualifications. * Must live within 30 minutes of DA8 2AD. * Previous coach driving experience is essential. * Must be comfortable using smartphones and apps, as we operate multiple services through different apps. * Experience with Private Hire and Rail Replacement services is a significant advantage. * Excellent communication skills for engaging with passengers and managing service requirements. Additional Opportunities: We are also seeking 1-2 drivers on an ad hoc basis to provide additional support for these services. This would involve working on a Rota system, covering 4-5 days per week with 1 in 3 weekends.
