Remote Telesales Executive Monday - Thursday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM (early finish at 1:00 PM if targets are met) 100% remote - Candidates must be based in the UK or Ireland £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission 40k OTE Our valued client is a well-established sales lead generation company, providing high-quality B2B telemarketing and appointment-setting services across multiple industries. With a team of experienced professionals, they focus on delivering measurable results for clients while fostering a dynamic, energetic, and supportive work environment. The Remote Telesales Executive will play a key role in generating high-quality sales leads and appointments for clients. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in outbound B2B telesales or telemarketing. The role requires persistence, confidence, and excellent communication skills to engage with decision-makers and secure valuable opportunities. Detailed Responsibilities for the Telesales Executive; Sales & Lead Generation * Conduct outbound B2B telemarketing and telesales calls to engage with prospective clients. * Generate high-quality leads and set appointments for clients. * Meet and exceed the minimum target of 12-15 appointments per month (subject to confirmation at the interview stage). * Effectively communicate product and service benefits to potential customers. Client & Team Collaboration * Work closely with the Senior Campaign Manager to ensure client expectations are met. * Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to support lead generation activities. * Provide feedback and insights to enhance sales processes and campaign success. Performance & Target Management * Achieve and exceed personal and company-wide sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and lead status in the CRM system. * Participate in regular check-ins and performance reviews, including a 4-week probation check-in. Experience, Qualifications/Training, and Person Specification Essential experience for the Teleales Executive. * Minimum of one year of outbound B2B telesales, telemarketing, or cold-calling experience. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results and succeed in a competitive environment. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Professional, friendly, and confident telephone manner. * Ability to work independently while being an effective team player. Desirable skills for the Telesales position; * Experience working within a lead generation or appointment-setting role. * Knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance tracking. * Experience selling into multiple industries. Recruitment Process Candidates will initially be screened by Equation Recruitment. The interview process includes: 1. Initial screening call. 2. First Teams interview. 3. Online assessments (if applicable). 4. Final interview with the Senior Campaign Manager.
