Smile Education is recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students across Key Stage 3 & 4 with additional needs, particularly SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health). About the Role: Provide 1:1 and small group support, delivering activities planned by the class teacher Support students with SEMH and challenging behaviours, ensuring a positive learning environment Work collaboratively with staff and external professionals to provide the best possible support Located in Oldbury, with great public transport links and parking availableRequirements: ✔ Strong understanding of SEMH and challenging behaviour ✔ Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Education ✔ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education) ✔ Ability to commit to full-time hours (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM) This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a supportive educational setting. 📩 Apply now to be considered!
