Join the CWA: Exciting Opportunity for an Agent at Sizewell C Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for leadership, safety, and delivering complex projects? Do you have experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in construction? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) team at Sizewell C, one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure projects. As part of the CWA, we are supporting the development of Sizewell C, a state-of-the-art nuclear power station that will generate 3.2 gigawatts of low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes. This project will play a crucial role in the UK’s clean energy future, providing reliable electricity for at least 60 years. In the role of Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and leading a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, including Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers, and Foremen. You’ll take ownership of key activities, including ensuring the highest standards in health, safety, quality, productivity, and commercial performance. You will be part of a team that sets and drives KPIs, coaches team members, and ensures that we consistently meet the targets required for this prestigious project. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring a relentless focus on Zero Harm and maintaining a safe working environment. Leading and motivating your team while ensuring the competency of all members. Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement across all areas of the project. Overseeing the quality of work and ensuring the timely delivery of the project. Managing sub-contractor performance and ensuring productivity targets are met. We are looking for someone who is not only experienced and skilled in construction but also demonstrates strong leadership and communication abilities. Ideally, you will have a track record in managing large teams and complex projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
