We are passionate about supporting both our staff and clients by offering a friendly, reliable, and professional service.   We are currently seeking enthusiastic Domiciliary Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to clients in their own homes across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.   Role: Domiciliary Care Assistant   Location: Gloucestershire & Surrounding AreasSalary: £12.50 - £27.64 per hourShifts: Flexible shifts available   Job Description   As a Domiciliary Care Assistant with Aspire Care, you will be providing essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include: Providing personal care with dignity and respect Supporting clients with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation Assisting with medication and health monitoring Offering companionship and emotional support Promoting independence and encouraging a person-centred approach to care Maintaining effective communication with clients, families, and the healthcare team Assisting with any ad hoc duties required by the service Skills and Requirements Minimum 6 months full-time experience in a care setting in the UK Passion for delivering high-quality care and promoting independence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and work independently A compassionate and caring nature High levels of mental and emotional resilience Willingness to undertake training and professional development A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one Benefits Flexible shifts – work as much or as little as you like Weekly pay Holiday pay Free uniform Employee of the Month scheme Friendly and supportive office staff Refunded DBS after a qualifying period High-quality training and ongoing professional development Why Join Aspire Care?
