Early Years Teaching Assistant About the Early Years Teaching Assistant Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and diverse primary school in Brent. This role involves working closely with the Reception teacher, providing essential support in the Early Years department, and fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. You will assist students in their learning journey, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Candidates with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) are highly preferred, as you may work closely with children who require additional support. Early Years Teaching Assistant Applicants Should: • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). • Have prior experience working with Early Years children, ideally within a UK school setting. • Demonstrate a genuine passion for education and child development. • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Be adaptable, patient, and enthusiastic about working in a diverse school environment. • Have experience or an interest in working with SEN children.
