Supplying both industrial and FMCG manufacturing businesses, with industry leading CNC machines, technical expertise, and service support. The UK subsidiary goes from strength to strength. Due to succession planning the business is now looking for a Service Manager to continue excellent service and customer experience they have in the market. You will likely be an experienced service manager with established management capabilities looking to work for a global business with a great reputation, or an aspiring Senior engineer or team leader looking for that next career step. Role Managing the company’s Service department Implementing the company’s service plans with the team. Supervision and motivation of service engineers Working with the MD to control profitable outcomes Service report writing and documentation Providing first class customer support and service to all customers Adhering to the company strategic vision, and values Skills and Experience required Advanced Modern Apprenticeship, or HNC/HND or degree Experience working in engineering environment. Previous management experience ideally Good enthusiastic team player Flexible, willing to travel and stay overnight. Aspiration to run a service team of engineers.
