What You'll Be Doing: ✅ Data Strategy & Governance - Define and implement a comprehensive data strategy, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with GDPR & DPA 2018. ✅ Data Warehousing & Pipelines - Design, build, and maintain data warehouses, lakes, and ETL processes, consolidating data from disparate systems. ✅ Data Analysis & Business Intelligence - Conduct in-depth data analysis, build dashboards and reports (using Power BI, Tableau, Phocas), and provide insights that drive business performance. ✅ Decision Support & Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with business leaders to translate data into actionable strategies, communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. ✅ Leadership & Team Development - Mentor and guide junior analysts, build a high-performing data team, and stay ahead of industry trends in data and analytics. What You Need to Succeed: ✔ 5+ years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science. ✔ Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Phocas, Tableau, Power BI). ✔ Hands-on experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modelling. ✔ Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure preferred). ✔ Experience with machine learning techniques is a plus. ✔ Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ✔ A collaborative mindset-you'll be working across teams to drive a data-first culture.
