SEN Teaching Assistant


SEN Teaching Assistant Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant eager to make a positive impact in a child’s life? A warm and inclusive two-form entry primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time role involves working 1:1 with a Reception student who has autism (ASD) and is non-verbal. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with SEN, a calm and patient demeanor, and the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly with ASD support. • A compassionate and firm approach to help the student thrive. • Strong communication skills to liaise with staff and parents effectively. Role Highlights: • Full-time position starting 22nd April 2025, with immediate trials available. • Contract runs until July, with potential for extension. • Work in a supportive and friendly school environment with well-behaved students.
