Who We’re Looking For * A technical or scientific degree relevant to the life sciences market (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field). * Proven track record in sales, ideally in life sciences, pharma, or biotech industries. * Experience selling services, consumables, or capital equipment in both industry and academic sectors. * Knowledge of academic research funding and grant systems to better align with customer needs. * A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. * Experience managing the full sales cycle, engaging with customers in person, via phone, email, or social media. * A self-starter who thrives on identifying new opportunities and closing deals. * Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving market, keeping up with the latest advancements in gene editing technologies. * Willingness to travel overnight when required.
