Pre-Construction Manager

Pre-construction Manager I am recruiting for a Pre-construction Manager to join a client of mine in the Derby area they are a Tier1 main contractor who specialise in Dfe, MOD HMP AND MOJ projects. The company are rapidly expanding and have some extremely high-end projects coming up. Role and responsibilities: * Overseeing the pre-construction team * Reporting into the Pre- Construction Director * Organize, oversee, and facilitate pre-bid and bid meetings. * Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live * Facilitate post-bid and scope evaluation meetings. Requirements: * Experience working for a main contractor * Experience on Education, MOD, HMP, MOJ projects * Construction background as a Pre-construction Manager * Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages * The role involves traveling Salary and benefits: * Salary up to £90,000 this will be based on experience. * Company car or car allowance * Benefits package If you are interested in this role, please apply with the latest version of your cv or call Georgeta
