Legal Cashier * £25-27k * Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (Office Based) * Close to transport links, centrally located * Award winning business Why this company? A supportive management team with their head office in Liverpool reporting into a Finance Manager who leads from the front. If you are a Legal Cashier looking for a supportive and stable environment, being part of a team with a heart then this could be the role for you. What is expected? Here is a snapshot of some of the key areas of responsibility :- * Processing invoices * Dealing with inter account transfers * Assisting with queries from fee earners * Ensuring compliance with SAR, money laundering and VAT regulation * Daily bank reconciliations * Assist with preparing payment runs * Processing client payments along with BACS and CHAPS payments * Resolving internal and external accounts queries What would make you a perfect fit? Not being afraid to ‘roll your sleeves up’ and get involved , supportive team member with a passion to demonstrate the organisations values is super important with excellent attention to detail. * At least 2 years in a legal cashiering role * Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines * Good working knowledge of Word & Excel * Advantageous having worked in a regulated, banking, financial or professional services environment Beam Recruit is a specialist consultancy based in Liverpool covering vacancies in the Northwest.
