You will assist with underwriting mortgages and managing cases through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting Mortgage Advisors with case management from application through to completion. * Preparing and submitting mortgage applications accurately and efficiently. * Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth mortgage process. * Managing and maintaining accurate client records and case files. * Ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards. * Proactively managing deadlines and keeping clients informed throughout the process. About You: * Previous experience as a Mortgage Administrator or Case Manager is essential. * Strong understanding of the mortgage process, including underwriting and compliance. * Excellent communication and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise tasks effectively. * Proficient in using mortgage-related software and Microsoft Office Suite. * A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
