Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Must have a valid UK driving licence

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated
Sales & Business Development Coordinator
to join our globally known client in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in
sales, engineering, or the food industry
who enjoys building relationships, managing leads, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and validating leads to drive business growth.
Arranging and attending meetings with clients across the country.
Coordinating the scheduling of engineers for site visits.
Managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
Maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
Handling administrative tasks such as updating CRM systems and preparing reports.
Requirements:
A full
UK driving licence
(essential).
Previous experience in
sales, business development, or lead generation
.
Industry experience in
engineering or the food sector
(preferred but not essential).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
