What You'll Do
Act as a trusted advisor for customers, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving escalations.
Drive customer retention and growth through value-added conversations.
Manage contractual and billing-related queries, ensuring smooth operations.
Identify and mitigate churn risks while uncovering new sales and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer needs and drive business success.
Forecast and achieve key performance metrics, including customer retention rate, satisfaction, and net recurring revenue growth .
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management in a B2B SaaS environment (IoT/Telematics experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of customer retention, growth strategies, and contract/billing management.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Gainsight is an advantage.
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
