Customer Success Manager

Join our Global Customer Success Team as a Customer Success Manager , where you'll play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, minimizing churn, and identifying expansion opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving escalations.

  • Drive customer retention and growth through value-added conversations.

  • Manage contractual and billing-related queries, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Identify and mitigate churn risks while uncovering new sales and expansion opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer needs and drive business success.

  • Forecast and achieve key performance metrics, including customer retention rate, satisfaction, and net recurring revenue growth .

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management in a B2B SaaS environment (IoT/Telematics experience is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of customer retention, growth strategies, and contract/billing management.

  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Gainsight is an advantage.

  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
