As a key member of our team, you ll serve as the primary point of contact for high-end clients and villa owners, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless holiday experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising directly with clients, offering tailored advice and personalized recommendations.
• Working closely with villa owners to secure bookings and build long-lasting relationships.
• Selling bespoke luxury villa holidays, matching clients with their dream Italian getaway.
• Providing exceptional customer service, from the initial enquiry to post-holiday follow-ups.

About You:

• Strong administrative and IT skills are essential, as much of the work will be conducted via email.
• You have a strong understanding of Italian culture, landscapes, and travel experiences, with fluency in both English and Italian.
• You are passionate about travel, delivering outstanding service, and achieving sales targets.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for building rapport and trust with clients.
• You are detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow within the luxury travel industry.
