About the Role :

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and help students to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student progress.

This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about education and keen to support young learners. The ideal candidate will:

• Have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
• Possess strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to student success.

Essential Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be available to work full-time, five days per week.
• Hold or be in the process of completing a degree.
• Commit to at least two terms.
• Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, with Overseas Police Clearance if applicable.
• Provide professional references and a CV covering the last ten years of employment history (where possible).
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.
