Property Manager

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a motivated Property Manager to join a prominent residential property management firm, operating from their welcoming Greenock office, which forms part of a larger, respected team of over 60 professionals based in Glasgow.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and ideally some prior experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field. This position offers a varied workload, combining both office-based activities and regular site visits, making a full, clean UK driving licence essential.

• Salary: 27k - 32k DOE

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and contractors, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee buildings insurance claims.
• Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive property repairs.
• Manage and co-ordinate customer insurance claims processes.
• Conduct regular property and development site visits, including attending on-site meetings.

• Must be based within commuting distance of Greenock.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong background in customer service.
• Good IT skills and proficient use of Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
