About the Role :
As a Supply Teacher with Tradewind Recruitment, you will play a key role in ensuring that students continue to receive high-quality education in the absence of their regular teacher. Key Responsibilities :

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons to students in a structured and engaging manner.

• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.

• Supporting students of all abilities and encouraging their academic progress.

• Working collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.

• Adapting lessons to meet the needs of the pupils, where necessary.

• Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining a professional standard of conduct.

The Ideal Candidate :

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage students.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.

• Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
