Assistant Quantity Surveyor

My client are a reputable main contractor who are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London! Projects are mostly large residential schemes - new build and refurbishment. Their sustained growth makes this a very exciting time to join!

Ideal candidate:

• Degree preferable
• Ideally worked on residential projects (apartments/housing)
• Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Main contractor experience

Duties will include:

• Reporting to Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Involvement from the pre-construction stages through to final accounts
• Being responsible for your own packages
• The preparation of tendering documents
• Involvement in the procurement stages
