Job Role: Site Welder Fitter - Supervisor
Location: Leicestershire
Shift: 7am to 5pm Mon to Thu / 7am to 2pm on Fri
Pay Rate: 18.00 - 19.00 per hour

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Skilled Welder / Site Fitter Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication, welding, and site fitting, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Must be willing to travel to sites across the MIdlands region and London.

Responsibilities:

• Leading site based projects
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Fabricating and welding metal components using MIG/TIG and other welding techniques
• Performing site fitting and installation of fabricated components
• Ensuring quality and accuracy of workmanship
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
• Proven experience as a fabricator/welder, with expertise in MIG/TIG welding
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Certification in welding or a related field is a plus
