Commercial Property Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in Petersfield. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team.

Duties will include:

• Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
• Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
• Handling landlord and tenant matters.
• Drafting various complex property related documentation.

Desired Skills

• A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-4 years PQE.
• Residential conveyancing experience is a bonus.
