To ensure the effective management of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) standards within manufacturing operations. The role focuses on aligning practices with ISO standards, especially ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement across safety and environmental systems.
With a minimum of 5 years of SHE management within a manufacturing industry implementing and maintaining ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 systmes. will need to be proactive, results driven with strong attention to detail, a high level of integrity and commitment to ethical practises. You will be self-motivated with the ability to plan your own workload conducing risk assessments, audits, and incident investigation.
Planning and delivering comprehensive SHE training programs , emphasising ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001. Enhance employee awareness of SHE standards and responsibilities through workshops, toolbox talks, and on boarding sessions. Prepare and present regular SHE performance reports, including KPIs related to safety incidents, environmental impact, and product quality. Working closely with Engineering, Production and Maintenance teams.
