Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of quality control and quality assurance in our Engineering & Manufacturing department. In this role, you will implement and monitor all quality management systems, ensuring that our industrial manufacturing processes meet the highest standards.

Description

• Develop and implement quality management systems throughout the organisation
• Monitor and manage the inspection of incoming and outgoing product
• Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing teams to improve product quality, process and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry and company quality standards within Aerospace AS9100
• Conduct regular audits and generate reports on quality metrics
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as well as write supporting documentation
• Handle customer complaints regarding product quality
• Have experience in External Auditing

Profile

A successful Quality Manager should have:

• 5 years proven experience in a Quality Manager role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
• AS9100 experience is essential in order to be considered.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, process and continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
