Mobile Mechanical Engineer

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a growing FM provider. This role will focus on high end residential and some retail buildings. You will cover around 3-4 different sites a day.

About the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer:

The company will provide you with a van and fuel card and you will be cover central London and greater London. The sites included cinemas,shops and high end flats.

Responsibility for the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer

• Carry out maintenance on AHUs,FCUs and HIUs
• Hot water cylinder checks
• Pumps and heat ex changers
• Fire Alarm testing
• VRVs and VRHs
• Under floor heating
• Small install work

Experience Required for the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer:

• Level 3 Mechanical - City & Guilds or equivalent
