Trainee Teaching Assistant - Manor Park

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and activities for students.
• Support the preparation of learning materials, resources, and classroom displays to enhance student engagement.
• Work one-on-one and in small groups with students, providing tailored support particularly for students with SEN
• Foster an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere by encouraging student participation and collaboration.

The school is a mainstream primary school located in Manor Park, committed to providing an enriching educational experience for its students

Closest train station is Manor Park Station.

To be considered for the role of Trainee Teaching Assistant - Manor Park you will:

• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education, particularly in working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and staff.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not essential.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one
